After numerous sold out voyages along the picturesque East London Waterways last year, London's premier party for the slightly older party animal returns to the hallowed waters to bring you this special 1980s only Boat Party for over 30s
Join our Against The Machine & Club de Fromage skipper as we glide up and down the East London Waterways shaking your bits to all those retro 80s hits.
There will be a fully stocked bar on board for you to buy drinks too.
The boat will depart from Stratford Waterfront Pontoon, Queen Elizabeth Park (a map will emailed to all ticket holders a few days before the event, but meet up is directly in front of the new East Bank development in the shadows of the UAL, V&A, BBC and Sadler's Wells East buildings, adjacent to the London Aquatic Centre)
1pm - Meet Time (please arrive in good time to board as the boat will be setting sail at 2pm regardless of latecomers)
2pm-5pm - Sailing / 80s Party Time
5pm-6pm - Wind down on the wharf to our 80s playlist
Dropping the finest 80s pop, indie, rock, disco, power ballads, soul, movie soundtracks, ska or whatever you want to get you into that 80s spirit.
**As with every Age Against The Machine event this is strictly for over 30s only. Photo ID MUST be produced, even if you have purchased an advance ticket!
A few rules to highlight:
- Boat sails at 2pm prompt please be there well in advance, late-comers cannot be jet-skiied over. Anyone not on board by departure will void their tickets.
- No drinks are allowed on board other than those purchased on the boat.
- Sea-sickness pills are not available, so bring a bag if you are not a salty sea dog.
- No Kids Allowed!
