Info: Come in, settle in, and make yourself at home! Bring your yoga mat, pillow, blankets, and anything else to ensure you’re cozy and comfortable. Grab a cup of tea or water, and take a moment to set up your space.

Info: Welcome to the workshop! You’ll receive a workbook to follow along and take notes as we dive into the Third Eye Chakra. I’ll guide you through its location, themes, and how it connects to the musical note A. Together, we’ll explore how this energy center influences intuition, vision, and clarity

Info: Let’s set a collective intention for our time together and create harmony within the group. We’ll use chanting and humming the Bija Mantra "OMM" alongside the crystal singing bowl A to connect with the energy of the Third Eye Chakra. This practice will help us align our vibrations, intentions and prepare for deeper exploration.

Info: Somatic movements are a powerful way to connect with the energy of the Third Eye Chakra. These intuitive, fluid movements focus on internal awareness, helping you activate and balance. Paired with the soothing sounds of the crystal bowl A note, this practice will leave you feeling grounded, open, and in tune with your body!

Info: As the soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowl's and other ancestral instruments wash over you, you’ll have the opportunity to mindfully restore and balance your third eye energy center. We’ll conclude the sound bath with a gentle chant or hum to "om" to harmonize your energy, followed by a moment of silence for reflection. You’ll also have time to jot down notes or explore journal prompts to capture your experience.
