THE 7 FUNDAMENTALS OF MENTAL FITNESS

JSerra boys soccer team presents Jim Madrid, of AST facilitating their 7 Fundamentals of Mental Fitness workshop exclusively for JSerra Student Athletes.

This is an exclusive workshop for JSerra student athletes only!

Note: Workshops will held over three Monday evenings from 6p-8p, June 12, 19, and 26 In the Lyons Den upper and lower.
