Do you have what it takes to beat Beethoven?Join us Sunday, April 19 at Creve Coeur Lake Park to support The Voice for the Arts in St. Louis. The challenge: finish a 5K before the end of Ludwig van Beethoven's famous Symphony No. 5, which lasts about 33 minutes. Beethoven himself will be there to wish you Viel Glück!
Everyone who registers before March 31 will receive a race t-shirt and a finisher’s medal, and those who finish the race before the final note receive an "I Beat Beethoven!" medal attachment. Registration discounts are available to kids 18 and under, and groups 30+. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers overall.
For those interested in a more relaxed experience, try the Missy Mazzoli Mile, named in honor of the Grammy-nominated contemporary classical composer recently described as “Brooklyn’s post-millennial Mozart."
