The 5C Film Festival 2024!

An annual event hosted for many years by 5x5 Films, the Claremont Colleges’ premiere filmmaking club, the 5C Film Festival aims to bring together the 5C community to appreciate the excellent student-film work. This year's festival will feature an awards ceremony, guest alumni working in the film/TV industry from across the 5Cs.

Schedule

2:00PM Doors open. An opening reception where light snacks and drinks are served.
2:30PM Audience takes their seats. The emcee gives an introduction to the event.
2:40PM Film screenings start.
4:00PM Films end and award ceremony begins.
4:20PM Award ceremony ends.
4:30PM The emcee gives closing remarks to the screenings. Audiences are invited to mingle in the lounge area where light snacks, drinks, and photo opportunities are available.
6:00PM Doors close.

Time and Location

The event will be hosted on Saturday, 20th of April, 2024 from 2-6pm at Rose Hills Theatre at Pomona College’s Smith Campus Centre (170 E 6th St, Claremont, CA 91711).

Parking is available right beside the Smith Campus Centre (120 E 6th St, Claremont, CA 91711) and at the Pomona Admissions Office (Sumner Hall, 333 N College Way, Claremont, CA 91711).
