Finish - LHG TAP ROOM ST PHILLIPS ! - 10:00am - 14:00pm

RUNNERS

The taproom will be open from 10:00am

We will have our little pre run chat around 10:15am and we will aim to head out for 10:30 am (ish)

The trail run is a very chill route with two loo breaks and a beautiful climb up to Troopers Hill on the way back to the tap room.

PLEASE BRING - A reusable coffee cup ( just incase ), water and a snack for the run.

We do have a bag drop for spare layers/bags

ONE LAST THING

BRING WATER and snacks it's going to be HOT (Hopefully) so you must bring a bottle/soft flask of water to this run and ride. If you arrive with no water we will ask you to go to the shops pre-run to purchase a bottle before coming out with us.

You will not be able to come run with us if you turn up without water. We don't care if you are a seasoned ultra runner or a whippet 5km(er) and think you don't need it ... just BRING SOME FLUID...

We want this run to be day to be fun for everyone and dehydration IS NOT FUN for anyone
