SCARF will present its bi-annual showcase at the Northwest Folklife Festival this year. Artists are invited to apply by February 28th to be considered to perform.Earlier showcases included pieces on Child Trafficking, Colorism, First generation immigrant struggles, Women Life Freedom movement, Education of the girl child, Device addiction, Autism, and other thought provoking performances.
