Class descriptions
YOGA
Combines physical exercises with modifications, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to create the mind, body, and spirit connection.
SENIOR FITNESS
Fun cardio with chair and light weights, may also be used with bands or balls
ZUMBA
Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
D2G SOCAFIT
This dance fitness program is dedicated to the beautiful and energetic sounds of Soca music. It combines high cardio, toning and fun, easy dance moves to gain proven fitness results. It’s designed to keep you moving and sweating to the sweet sounds.
MIXXEDFIT
A people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning.
BODY BOOTCAMP
Strength training designed around using body weight, items around the park, and a few different exercise equipment that will be provided. It is suited for all levels of fitness. Modifications will be provided throughout the workout.
XTREME HIP HOP
Xtreme HIP HOP is a high energy toning and cardio class that you can count on to burn calories and help you achieve your fitness goals in a fun way. All Fitness levels are welcomed to come and learn how to SHOWOUT the XTREME way.
YOUNG & FIT
A fun and exciting aerobic workout that includes pilates, yoga and dance.
YOGA (12 and under)
An introduction to yoga. Designed to help young ones learn how to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. Kids will also learn breathing exercises and mindfulness.
