We have reached a massive milestone. June marks exactly three years of gathering together in rhythm.Over the last 36 months, this circle has become a true village.
We’ve used the power of the drum to drop out of our heads, naturally release the heavy stress of the modern world, and regulate our nervous systems together.
This isn't something you have to get right, and you don’t need an ounce of musical experience to belong here.
Whether you are an exhausted parent, a creative entrepreneur, a healer, or someone completely new to this path - there is a seat waiting for you. Come as you are, drop your armor, and let your body finally breathe.
