Preserving battlefield landscapes provides more than just educational benefits. Join the Williamsburg Battlefield Association and York County Historical Museum for a FREE program highlighting the environmental benefits. Because of its efforts to save battlefields, the American Battlefield Trust is one of the largest land conservation organizations in the country. Tom Saielli, Land Stewardship Manager for the Trust, will explain the great opportunity the Trust sees to merge battlefield preservation with ecological work and habitat restoration.
