Join us at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education on Friday, November 13, 2026 and Boston University School of Law on Saturday, November 14, 2026 for this important in-person event. Thursday, November12, 2026 will include tours of all of the Boston area law schools as well as other opening and networking activities.
This conference and law fair offers an invaluable opportunity for aspiring lawyers to engage with legal professionals and explore pathways into law school and the legal profession.

Registration Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
Registration Cancellation & Transfer Policy
All registrations for the National Black Pre-Law Conference & Law Fair and National HBCU Pre-Law Summit & Law Expo are final. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for credit or future events.
However, registration may be transferred to another eligible individual with prior written approval from the event organizers. Requests to transfer registration must be submitted before the published transfer deadline and must include the original registrant’s information and the name and contact information of the replacement attendee.
Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny registration transfers to ensure accurate attendee records, appropriate program placement, and compliance with event policies.
By completing registration, attendees acknowledge and agree to these terms.

The event organizers are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all attendees. However, the event schedule, session times, speakers, panelists, exhibitors, sponsors, venues, and program offerings are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including but not limited to speaker availability, travel disruptions, safety considerations, weather, venue requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel portions of the program as necessary while making reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered attendees.

By registering for and attending the National Black Pre-Law Conference & Law Fair and/or the National HBCU Pre-Law Summit & Law Expo, you grant permission to the event organizers and their authorized representatives to photograph, record, film, interview, livestream, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, name, and participation during the event.
You authorize the organizers to use these photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, testimonials, and other event-related media for lawful promotional, educational, archival, marketing, fundraising, and informational purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, digital publications, newsletters, promotional materials, advertisements, and future event marketing.
You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of such materials and waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials containing your image, likeness, or voice.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event registration team or designated event staff upon arrival. While reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests, complete exclusion from all event photography or recordings cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of live events and group settings.

By registering for and attending the event, attendees voluntarily assume responsibility for their participation and agree to comply with all event policies, venue requirements, and reasonable instructions provided by event organizers and staff.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the event.
