About this Event

The France FulbrightAlumni Association, in partnership with Ifri's Americas Program, invites you to a conference-debate on the U.S. midterm elections taking place on November 3.

We are delighted to gather at Ifri for this discussion, hosted by Laurence Nardon, Director of Ifri’s Americas Program and a fellow Fulbright alumna, alongside fellow alumnus Thomas H. Peebles.

Together they will explore what's at stake in the House and Senate races, Republican and Democratic party dynamics, the most competitive contests to watch, the issues likely to shape voters' choices, and the extent to which the elections can be considered free and fair.
