The 2026 Philly Tweed Ride

The Philly Tweed Ride is free to the public. All you need is a bicycle, some stylish clothing, and a picnic basket. We are a living history bicycle ride through Philadelphia, where cyclists are encouraged to dress in retro & traditional 1920's attire. Any bicycle is acceptable. Some effort to recreate the spirit of a bygone era is always appreciated.
The Philly Tweed Ride is not able or equipped to offer supervision of children. However, we welcome minors to join if they are accompanied by a parent/guardian, or an adult mentor (approved by a parent/guardian) who will be responsible for the minor.
The Philly Tweed Ride gathers at the Rocky Stairs in front of Philadelphia Museum of Art at 10am and will roll out at 11am on Sunday, October 25 and conclude at 4pm.
This is a 10-mile ride, at a leisurely pace, with multiple stops for pictures, and a picnic. During the after party at Jack's Firehouse awards are given out for;
Best Dressed Man
Best Dressed Woman
Best Dressed Couple
Best Picnic
Best Bicycle
Best Dressed Brompton Rider
Rain Date is November 15.
