A moderated discussion about voting rights and protections in the mid-term elections
with the Saint Paul League of Women Voters.
About this Event

As concerns continue to rise over the safety of Americans’ voting rights—and in some quarters, the integrity of election results—this moderated discussion seeks to place the 2026 election in the broader context of history, volunteerism and our community. Come hear Melissa Finnegan, the Co-President of the Saint Paul League of Women Voters, along with volunteers from West 7 th Gardeners of Resistance, share their views on the unique challenges presented by these elections, grass-roots and intensely local efforts to inform and safeguard voting rights, and how we might reframe voting as an American ideal rather than a partisan issue. Whether you’ve voted already or not, grab a beer and come upstairs to Waldmann’s Buffalo Room for this important conversation. 100% of ticket sales will be donated to the Saint Paul League of Women Voters.
