The 2025 HR Awards in Wales

Our colleagues at the CIPD in Wales delivered an annual glitzy gala dinner, showcasing the work of HR professionals across the nation.

Over seven years, it went from strength to strength, attracting 100s of entries, and ever-growing, capacity-busting crowds!

The event will not be taking place in 2025, paving the way for a few of us long-standing CIPD advocates to come together to fill the gap so that our community doesn’t lose the momentum, excitement and, let’s face it, pride that the evening created.

Let’s continue to shine the light on our colleagues, teams and organisations, celebrating their work and achievements.
