For two days, Illinois Tech unites physicists and mathematicians from the region with the 2024 SPS Zone 9 + Chicago Area SIAM Student Conference.

9:00 – Bus leaves from Illinois Tech (other universities may have their own)

9:45 – Arrive at Fermilab (detailed itinerary to be announced)

17:00 – Depart from Fermilab

18:00 – Welcome Remarks

18:15 – Dinner at Franco's Ristorante

19:15 – Lab Tours on Illinois Tech Campus

20:00 – For Undergraduates: Game, Movie, Social Event

20:00 – For Graduate Students & Faculty: Bowling, Billiards, and Booze at the Bog

Student participants can apply to stay overnight
