Since 2012 the King O’Malleys Irish Pub has invited hirsute gentlemen (and their honourable supporters) to gather in our nations capital to celebrate the finery of facial follicles. Competitors can enter a variety of categories and all will be given the chance to tell a story, present to the crowd and enjoy a marvellous night.
The biggest / best beard will take home $500 in cash while the other notable winners may end up with a new addition to their trophy cabinet.
Skin Check Champions is proud to be the charity partner of choice and will be providing free skin checks in the loft upstairs for those eager to take part.
As the founders of the Beard Season movement this is a very special date on the calendar after a wild wooly winter and a great opportunity to showcase our work, hero our ambassadors and celebrate the brilliance a great beard can bring.
