The Kelli O'Hara Awards are the central and western region of The National High School Musical Theatre Awards. The program celebrates exceptional students and teachers who devote their time and passion to making a home in their schools for performing arts. The Kelli O'Hara Award winners for Best Actress and Actor receive an all-expense paid trip to New York City to compete in the national competition where they will receive processional training, they will performing with winners from dozens of other regional programs, and a chance to compete for scholarships.
