Our May 20th Serving with a Purpose is postponed. Your health and well being is important to us and we want your conference experience to be the very best it can be. We feel that the right decision to make is to postpone our May 20th Conference to a date later in the year. This will allow you to attend free of worry and concerns and enjoy all that the Serving with a Purpose Conference has to offer.
We do not at this time have a new date to share with you. We are working with the Ontario Convention Center and as soon as we do, we will let you know. Like us on Facebook to get current updates!
The Serving With A Purpose Conference is a yearly gathering for California Friends, Trustees, Foundations, Volunteer Leaders and the staff who support them! Now in it's 8th year, this popular conference is designed to provide resources, inspiration, best practices and support to the many library advocates in California.
Our theme for 2020 is "Our Story Counts"
Storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to breathe life into your brand and often called one of the main components of a content marketing approach. By giving our services an identity by capturing and sharing the stories they really are, we can take our target audience on a journey they yearn to experience. In order for our customers and patrons to form a personal connection with our brand, our stories must be authentic, creative and inspirational.
Your registration will include a gourmet continental breakfast, catered sit-down lunch and conference materiels.

Each year we try to keep registration prices as low as possible and your sponsorship assists us with this priority. The price of the Table Sponsorship is $700 and includes 8 registrations, special acknowledgement in conference PR, agenda and program, 8 copies of our author’s newest novel, an exclusive afternoon treat and premium table placement in main conference area. Keynote Speaker: Ben Bizzle
Ben Bizzle is founder and CEO of the marketing and web development firm, Library Market. He’s a 2013 Library Journal Mover&Shaker and John Cotton Dana Award winner, author of the book, Start a Revolution: Stop Acting Like a Library, and for over 7 years, served as the director of technology and head of the creative team at Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
