This Cross-Medium Halloween Collaboration between Everett Improv and Floraloves Designs in Philadelphia is legitimately groundbreaking and the first of The 18 Inch Doll Show series that will be produced at Everett Improv consistently throughout the year.

Here's how The 18 Inch Doll Show Works:

Without anyone at Everett Improv knowing anything, Floraloves Designs will develop, cut, and sew original outfits and costumes for a cast of 18" dolls. They will dress and seal the dolls in a box, along with some other potential surprises (such as mini props and doll-sized set pieces), and ship them to Everett. That box will NOT be opened until it is opened in front of the audience at the beginning of the show.

Those surprise dolls, personified with details given by the audience, will be manipulated by improvisers in a shrunken universe before your eyes. During the show, characters created by human cast members will freely interact with the doll cast characters creating a Mister Rogers Universe on Halloweentown acid.

The improvised stories will eventually weave together, no matter how disparate they seem at the top of the show. This show promises to be like nothing you have ever experienced before! This night will viscerally ooze "Halloween spirit," dolls, and improvised hilarity.

At the end of The 18 Inch Doll Show, audience members will have the opportunity to buy any of the custom costumed dolls or set/prop pieces from the show. All money from any doll or piece purchases will go directly go to the artists.

EVERY 18 INCH DOLL SHOW WILL FEATURE BRAND NEW OUTFITS AND SURPRISES. NO DOLL SHOW WILL EVER BE REMOTELY THE SAME!!
