Way back in 2014, a stroke of genius led Joe Farrell, the proprietor of Walrus + Carpenter, and musical director Rob Maresca to host a Thanksgiving Eve concert celebrating The Band’s famed final performance at Winterland Ballroom on Thanksgiving of 1976. The tribute grew and grew for 6 colossal years until Walrus + Carpenter became WalrusAlley in 2020, and the show, composed of nearly 20 local artists, took to the stage at Park City in 2021.
The Last Waltzrus returns for its 12th annual epic and 6th year at Park City! The Walrus Allstars take The Band's iconic farewell performance to new sonic heights every year, with special guests & new gems from the group’s vast catalog. Every year these performers pour their hearts out, and the crowd continues to show Black Rock & our thankful hearts that it’s simply one of the best shows of the year!
Park City Music Hall has a full bar and kitchen available on-site serving craft cocktails, delicious bites and more! Come hungry! The kitchen opens at doors and remains open until you see the "Kitchen Open" light go off.
We have very limited seating for most ticketed events, as we are primarily a standing-room venue. When available, seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
