Herb Fair - FREE to PublicApril 24 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
This FREE to the public Herb Fair will feature over 40 vendors showcasing books, plants, herbs, art and other creations. A Blessing of the Garden will be held at 10:30am during the fair on the rooftop garden at the Moody Gardens Hotel. Tickets are not required for this event.
Herb Fair Luncheon
April 24 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Presented by The Friends of Moody Gardens will cover the wine traditions of "The Grape State of Texas." The luncheon will feature speaker Dr. Justin Schiener, Assistant Professor and Extension Viticulture Specialist in the Department of Horticulural Sciences at Texas A&M. All proceeds benefit educational programs for Galveston’s children and seniors.
Wine Tasting Workshop
April 23 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
April 24 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Presented by The Friends of Moody Gardens. The workshop will feature 5 Texas wines and hosted by Dr. Justin Schiener, Assistant Professor and Extension Viticulture Specialist in the Department of Horticulural Sciences at Texas A&M.
