With over 20 years of experience leading, educating, developing, and coaching adults in various industries - telecommunications, military, corporate, government administration and non-profit - Lametra Off is passionate about education, coaching and all forms of wellness and development, especially women’s wellness and development.

Lametra is the Chair of CAYA (Come As You Are), a non-profit; and the owner of LBO Career Coaching & Consulting LLC, a TX HUB Certified; NCTRCA Certified MBE/WBE/SBE coaching and training organization. Lametra has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Training & Development with an emphasis on Adult Training & Development, as well as the following designations - Associate Certified Coach (via the International Coaching Federation); Certified Professional Coach (via the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching); a Certified Career
