The main entrance to Downtown Spark is located on the corner of 4th Avenue and Commerce Street. Parking can be found directly above our facility in the PMC Parking garage, accessible from 4th Avenue North (147 4th Ave. N). Upon entry, you will be prompted to take a ticket from the machine, which is the same type machine you will insert your ticket (with your validation sticker attached) as you exit the garage. You are welcome to park anywhere there is not reserved sign, on any floor. Floors can be identified by number and color.

Take the elevators down to the bottom level (B), which will open directly to Spark. The back doors will be locked for security reasons so simply press the call button on the right side of the wall which will prompt our team to grant you access. Be sure to bring your parking ticket in with you, and one of our staff members will provide a validation sticker to be applied to the front of the ticket. Your validated ticket can then be inserted into the machine as you exit the garage. Validation stickers can only be used one time, and expire the day of the event. If the machine gives you any trouble or does not immediately accept your ticket and raise the gate, press cancel, take the ticket, rotate it and re-insert the ticket. The gate will open for you to exit.
