Gary Devine, Walkley’s No.1 Spiritualist, is preparing for a sell-out show at Tykes View WMC. A range of characters arrive to make contact with loved ones.
We travel to Graceland, Barcelona and Wincobank; to the Welsh valleys, Sheffield bingo halls and even a planet far, far away.
Each person has a story to tell that will guarantee both laughter and tears.
We find out what makes Gary Devine tick. Are the hecklers right, is he a fake? A twist at the end reveals all.
The play deals with many difficult topics but there is humour throughout as we hear tales of courage, strength and hope.
Running time approx 70 minutes. (One-act).
