On Sunday 30 March award-winning Australian cheesemakers That’s Amore Cheese return with the fifth annual Ricotta Festival at their Thomastown HQ.

Australia’s only ricotta festival promises a bigger and better celebration with food stalls a bar local vendors and entertainment for all ages.

The star-studded line-up of partners and stallholders includes the likes of:

• Cannoleria
• LaManna Supermarkets
• Perino Tomatoes
• Pistachio Papi
• UGO Burrata Bar
• Vino Bambino

Expect delights like spaghetti cacio e pepe Sicilian BBQ woodfired pizza fresh ricotta cannoli and tiramisu. Drinks include barista coffee wine cocktails and Peroni beer.

Enjoy live cooking demos by top Italian chefs including Adam D’Sylva plus music from Siesta Cartel Band and Veneto Club Choir. Kids can visit the petting zoo play centre and Carlton FC footy van.

Early bird tickets are available via That’s Amore Cheese’s website and Humanitix until 13 Feb. General admission is $20 (includes a hot ricotta serving). Kids under 12 go free. VIP tickets ($45) include express entry prosecco and a tote bag worth over $50.
