When the group has collected cans in past years, you guys have turned out with tremendous generosity, so let's do it again. All donations are distributed by Greater Birmingham Ministries.
For the potluck, there are lots of free and easy vegan Thanksgiving recipes available online (Pinterest, YouTube, Google, etc.)-- casseroles, roasts, pumpkin pie, even Tofurky! Feel free to use the comments to share what you are bringing, or surprise us all that day. Just a reminder—vegan means delicious and free of animal products, including meat, fish, fowl, dairy, eggs, honey, etc.
