Learn a sexy and fun sensual dance routine that works all of your muscles and steams up your life while adding hot tricks to your bag to take home with you. This class is typically done to one song so you can really get the choreography and musicality.

Open to all levels, no experience required.

What to expect:

• Challenging but beginner moves
• Head to toe warm-up

What to wear:

Fishnets, yoga wear, leggings/capris, lingerie (please keep intimate areas covered), tall socks/legwarmers

What to bring:

• knee pads,
• platform heels,
• towel for sweat
