Thanksgiving Walk & Chat (with a Health Coach!) in Clove Lakes Park

Join us for a relaxed, social walking tour designed for adults who enjoy a chill pace. Our goal? To fully enjoy Staten Island's nature in a really accessible way, even if you're not a regular "hiker." For me, a health coach who loves making health feel fun and achievable, that's what this August Walk & chat is going to be all about.
This route will be a loop within the Clove Lakes Park trails (both paved, gravelled, and unpaved). We'll walk for approximately 20-30 minutes, take a 10 minute rest, and walk for another 20-30 minutes. Then, we'll take a short detour down Forest Ave to the Cookie Jar for social time! If you can comfortably walk around a mall for an hour, this should be a fine fit.

This walk is great for a wide range of abilities, even if you don’t exercise regularly. If you're looking for a low-key way to get moving while enjoying a lovely Staten Island park, this is the event for you.
