SPECIAL Sourdough Workshop
IMPORTANT: This workshop will be different than all the other Sourdough Workshops!
You will prepare your very own FULL Sourdough recipe with me that will become either 2 large bread boules or 4 small bread boules to bake Thanksgiving Morning!
You will take home a large 6qt bowl (with your dough that YOU make), jar of starter and a 5th bread boule that you will learn the stretches and folds on that I prepare beforehand.
I will provide ALL items needed.
You will also be taught the basics of sourdough starter, how to maintain it, mix it and what to watch for during fermentation.
You will then be taught the basics of how to mix your starter into dough, shaping the dough properly and using different techniques of scoring your dough.
