Thanksgiving JAM is one of my favorite traditions, and I hope you'll join me with your friends and family!Start your holiday morning out with a fun, upbeat workout. Not only will it give you the boost of energy and endorphins you need to get through the day, but it might also make you feel a little bit better about indulging in those holiday treats. You can't outrun the fork...but you can help create a healthy balance. :)
WHEN: Thanksgiving morning (Nov. 28) @ 9am
WHERE: Davis Park Elementary Gym
COST: $10, no punch cards, not a VCSC-free event
APPRECIATED: non-perishable food items to be donated back to our community
BENEFIT: This year, JAM is teaming up with the Miracle on 7th Crew to help raise money and non-perishable food items to be donated back to the community. Half of the money profited from entry will be donated to Miracle, as well as ALL canned goods/non-perishable food items. Plus, for each food item donated, you will earn an entry into a raffle for a free punch card--drawn after the Thanksgiving class.
