5:30–6:00 PM | Purpose of Steps with
Mishell
Enjoy a choreographed line dance workout set to
modern R&B music!
6:15–6:45 PM | La Blast Dance with
Sarah
A partner-free dance fitness program featuring
all types of ballroom dances you see on Dancing with the Stars, set to a variety of music!
7:00–7:30 PM | Beat Box with Jenn Maddy
Beatbox is a non-stop fat-burning cardio class that combines punching, kicking, boxing-style moves, and dance moves.
COME FOR ONE OR COME FOR ALL THREE!
OPEN TO ALL AGES!
Members and non-members are welcome!
Parents must remain with children ages 7 and under.
ADMISSION: One new hat or one pair of gloves/mittens. All donations will benefit the Christmas Clearinghouse and help spread warmth to those in need this holiday season.
Bring your energy, bring a friend, and bring a little holiday cheer!
