Join us for our famed Thanksgiving Buffet in the Lakeview on Thursday, November 23 from 11am-3pm.
We'll be serving oven-roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese, cornbread pudding and more.
The menu is as follows:
Carving Station:
-Prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream sauce
Action Station:
-Crepes with your choice of strawberry basil sauce, blueberry mint sauce or blackberry thyme sauce
Culinary Displays:
-Cheese Board
-Fruit Board
-Shrimp Cocktail with Sauce
Hot Entrees:
-Carved white and dark meat turkey
-Herb infused turkey gravy
-Maple brown sugar glazed ham
-Cod Florentine with grape tomatoes, spinach and a white wine lemon sauce
