At the Carving Station, Herb Crusted Prime Rib, Herb Roasted Whole Turkey, and Carving Block Duroc Ham. Choice of Soups and Salads including Roasted Butternut Squash Soup and Crunchy Kale and Brussels Sprouts Salad. Breakfast favorites like Omelets and Eggs Made-to-Order, Bistro Steak and Eggs, and Yogurt Berry Parfaits. A Seafood Station featuring Cocktail Shrimp, Snow Crab Claws, Lobster Tails, Grilled Oysters, Oyster Campechana Shooters, and Smoked Salmon Mousse Croissants. Other stations include a Seasonal Grazing Table, Pasta Bar featuring Penne Pasta and Three Cheese Ravioli, Street Taco Station including Chorizo, Blackened Shrimp, and Fajita Beef, and a Beautiful Dessert Display. A kid's corner offering all their favorites such as Chicken Tenders, Mini Corn Dogs, Pizza, and Mac N Cheese.
