Before the December rush begins, give yourself an evening to slow down, connect and say thank you.

Hosted by The Reflective Palette, this 90-minute gathering is a calm, creative space to reflect on the good things in life, big and small.

What to expect

• Connect: Arrive, grab a drink and meet like-minded people in a warm, relaxed setting.
• Reflect: Share a few light, meaningful moments of gratitude with the group.
• Relax: Unwind with a gentle guided meditation that brings you back to the simple gifts of everyday life.
• Create: Make your own gratitude tree, a keepsake you can take home and add to.
