Our Thai Yoga Therapy Healing Circles offer an opportunity to learn, to give, and to receive.Each circle focuses on a little snippet of Thai bodywork; something simple and accessible yet profoundly relieving and relaxing. No experience is necessary, and though it is helpful to have attended our Intro to Thai Yoga Therapy workshop, it is not mandatory to participate.
Matece will guide you through the techniques in a clear, simple and accessible way. Everything is provided; just come with comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and a willingness to learn and relax!
