Join Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer as she hosts a training in the folk art healing: Thai Yoga Bodywork training level 1 at Shanti Revolution in Little Egg Harbor, NJ
During this course, you will learn authentic Thai Bodywork. In this course, you will learn:
1. Understanding Thai Massage
2. Preparation for Thai Bodywork
3. Sen (energy lines)
4. Basic techniques for 30 & 60-minute treatment sessions
This 15-hour course provides the basics for giving an authentic Thai Bodywork session. Massage Therapists and Bodyworkers can receive CEUs for this course through NCBTMB. Yoga teachers will receive CEUs through Yoga Alliance.
Your teacher, Rev. Dr. Tracey L. Ulshafer, has traveled to Thailand seven times since 2009, enjoying and exploring Thai Bodywork everywhere from the Indigenous practices of walking on the back and bone-setting to the therapeutic and herbal practices taught by Father Doctor Jivaka and the more formal trainings in schools around Bangkok and Chiang Mai. As a certified and licensed massage therapist in NJ and a yoga teacher and school for over 25 years, Dr. T brings a wealth of knowledge to the program and a deep love of Thailand and its culture.
You must be present in person for both sessions
Saturday 9 am - 6 pm
Sunday 9 am - 4 pm
