Thai Yoga Bodywork
This workshop is for massage therapists, manual therapists, yoga teachers, and yogis, as well as anyone interested in bodywork for overall wellness.
You'll learn the fundamentals of Thai Yoga Bodywork, including assisted stretching, compression, kneading, and myofascial techniques rooted in this ancient healing modality, thousands of years old.
You'll learn a full-body routine that improves muscle and fascia pain, joint dysfunction, spine and joint mobility, nerve flow, and postural and movement patterns, building a toolkit you can bring into massage sessions, private yoga work, or your own self-care practice. The course includes a lecture on the history and strategies of Thai Yoga Bodywork along with hands-on manual therapy demonstrations. It's taught primarily on the massage table, with mats also available for hands-on practice. NCBTMB approved 450063-06.
