This workshop is a floor-based, mat-supported Thai Yoga Bodywork experience followed by a restorative sound experience. Come solo or with a companion. Expect mindful touch, assisted stretching, and deep rest—no tables, no oils, just presence and support.I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, with 3 years as a Flexologist and 1 year as Lead Flexologist at StretchLAB, where I train other flexologists in hands-on assisted stretching and body mechanics. I also hold CEUs in Thai Yoga Bodywork, blending professional assisted-stretch experience with traditional floor-based techniques.
This experience is ideal if you want to learn safe, effective touch, improve mobility and ease, or simply receive care and restoration. The closing sound experience helps the body integrate and settle, leaving you grounded and relaxed.
$60 early registration | $70 week of
