Experience a unique 2-hour rooftop Thai Yin Yoga class blending the stillness of Yin Yoga with the healing traditions of Thai massage with Heather Ule and Kevin Lynch. Through long-held postures, mindful breathing, gentle compression, assisted stretching, and therapeutic touch, participants are guided into deeper relaxation and greater mobility. Thai-inspired hands-on assists enhance traditional Yin poses while encouraging the body to soften and release tension.
