Introducing our two-day bliss filled workshop, focusing on Thai Herbal Compresses and Medicinal Herbal Steams. A perfect compliment to your table massage, Thai bodywork practice, or home relaxation routine!!! Class meets August 20th-21st 2022.
Using organic Thai herbs, we will build healing compresses from scratch, while learning how to use these compresses during a bodywork session. We will also construct and use a simple herbal sauna tent, excellent for after massage care, postpartum care, and home relief care.
Our 16 hour course presents the basic of Thai healing compresses, offering a foundational understanding of Thai herbs, the composition of northern compresses, and will cover set up and safety tips. The majority of our time will be properly practicing the techniques for both oneself and within a clinical setting.
