About the Place:
SaiTong showcases "Thai Southern Modern Seafood. Its signature dishes elevate southern Thai cuisine on the global stage, blending contemporary presentation with authentic flavors, attention to ingredient quality, and narrative detail.

SaiTong was named after two meanings of "sai" that both hold deep relevance to Thai culture: the venerable shade-giving banyan tree with its extensive roots and branches, and a traditional woven fishtrap. Hence, SaiTong accentuates the use of natural materials like wires and threads in design, with a color palette dominated by black and gold, complemented by woven crafts and indigenous elements, showcasing the artistry of local Thai communities.
