Need to destash? Get rid of some quilting fabric and/or notions you never use? Let us help you! We are hosting a destashing event - basically, a garage sale for quilters! We have 24 (47" x 27") tables for "rent" to destash your fabric and sewing related notions! Reserve your table for a $15 non-refundable fee. They tables are adjustable and you will be allowed to display products under the table as long as nothing is sticking out in the walkway. Please do not bring additional display tables or racks. You can bring display shelves/small tables as long as they fit on or under your assigned table.As a "vendor" you are responsible for collecting payment from customers. I would suggest offering some type of electronic payment process like Venmo or PayPal as well as cash.
You cannot share a table with another vendor; each "vendor" must have their own table. You can rent more than one table.
Only crafting and quilting related items (fabric and notions) will be allowed to sell.
The event will last from 10:00am to 3:00 pm.
We will open the lounge at 8:00 to give you time to set up. All unsold items must be packed up by 3:45.
A minimum of 10 vendors are needed to hold the event.
