Q - When do I get to take my project home.
A - Drying time varies depending on the size of your project and how thick the clay walls are. All Pieces are placed into a controlled drying environment to help avoid any cracking and breaking. The drying time is generally 1-2 weeks but, in some cases, can be longer. This process is not rushed! Due to the nature of clay being unpredictable, there is no guarantee or refunds for projects that do not 'survive' the drying or firing process.
Q- Can I share a single project with my child.
A - NO ... Each Chair Occupied is a Project Charge.
Q - Can I get a refund if I can't make it.
A - I have limited space and require that everyone RSVPs... if you cannot make it and let me know at least 48 hours before the event VIA FACEBOOK MESSAGE or PHONE, you will be allowed a full refund. Anything less than 48 hours, NO, you will not get a full refund nor a full credit because supplies are already prepped for you, and I didn't have the time to fill your spot which in turns loses the studio money. I understand 'life happens' but due to limited space I cannot slide on this policy... NO EXCEPTIONS.
