If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

Guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled date may submit a refund request within 7 days of the postponement announcement.

If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive refund instructions.

Ticket transfers may be permitted at organizer discretion.
