Join us for Texas Wellness Day at the beautiful Fiesta Gardens for a free, family-friendly celebration of health, community, and connection (just in time for the holiday season).

🛍 Sip, Shop, & Sample - Explore a curated selection of wellness vendors featuring Austin favorites, innovative brands, and seasonal goodies perfect for holiday gifting.

🎶 Live Music & Entertainment - Groove to local talent, dance along to DJ beats, and enjoy fun stage activities (all under a pavillion keeping things shaded all morning long).

🧘‍♀️ Wellness Activations - Yoga flows, movement classes, and mindfulness sessions for all ages and abilities.

• 10:15 AM - Yoga Flow
• 11:15 AM - Dance Class
• 12:00 PM - Local Band takes the stage for the Event Finale

ALL DAY – Kids Play Zone, Arts & Crafts, Teddy Bear Clinic, and special guests

• 9:30 AM - Family friendly Yoga
• 10:45 AM - The Zen Den: Mindfulness for Kids
