Texas Tough!Celebrating the tough spirit of Texians past & present, held on the day we won our independence at San Jacinto!
Yes, Texans are tough... and True Texans are some of the toughest. But we all need to recharge now and then, and at this year's gala, our goal is to inspire and encourage you - and have a lot of fun along the way! Our keynote speaker is Connor Boyack, author of the popular Tuttle Twins books, executive producer of the Tuttle Twins Show, and founder/director of Libertas Institute. Connor's bio states, "I'm addicted to changing the world for the better, one life at a time," and we think that's a message worth sharing!
Join us for a night of celebration -- our annual celebration not just of Texas's past battle for independence, but a celebration of all that Texas and freedom-loving activists like you have to look forward to as well. The future is bright when we pour into the youth and leaders of tomorrow. And don't forget... At True Texas Project, when we celebrate, we pull out all the stops. Join us for an unforgettable night with friends as we celebrate the best of Texas!
Here’s what we have in store for you….
-Connor Boyack will share about his successful efforts to impact the next generation (and how you can help!)
-Dr. Phil (yes - THE Dr. Phil) will be sharing about his upcoming book "We've Got Issues"
-Every guest will receive a free Tuttle Twins book and a free copy of Dr. Phil's new book
-MC’d by the incomparable Rick Green, Founder of Patriot Academy
-Live music throughout the evening, with dancing until 11:00 pm
-If you live in the DFW area, you can join us for free country & line dance lessons in the weeks leading up to the party
-An elegant, plated dinner; cash bar
-Fun & fellowship with True Texans
-FIREWORKS - because how do you celebrate independence without those?!?
-And of course, we'll shoot off replicas of the Twin Sisters cannons that won the war for us. You may even win a chance to fire a cannon yourself!

Individual Tickets:
General Admission: $99 (6:30pm arrival, book, dinner, speakers, dancing, fireworks, cannons, after party)
VIP: $125 (5:30pm reception, autographed book, photos with author & other special guests + general admission)
Elected Persons: $250 (VIP Ticket) if you are elected at level higher than ISD or City Council and not purchasing a sponsorship, this VIP ticket is required; tickets for your accompanying guests can be purchased at any level. We will include your name and office in the program.)
"Fire the Twin Sisters Cannons" Giveaway: As our way of saying thank you, you'll get a chance to fire one cannon with every $25 in donations.
