About this Event
The Texas Food & Wine Alliance is introducing new educational programming to focus on emerging entrepreneurs in the food & beverage community: The Culinary Careers Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Series, presented by H-E-B.
Held quarterly, this series will foster peer-to-peer learnings through dynamic panel discussions and networking sessions designed to foster year-round engagement with our past and prospective grant recipients and other food & beverage entrepreneurs across Central Texas.
The first Culinary Careers Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Series will take place on Monday, March 3 from 4-6:30pm at Antonelli’s South Lamar Community Tasting Room.
“The Failure Chronicles: Navigating Hard Lessons From 2024,” will feature a panel discussion with four Central Texas food & beverage entrepreneurs around navigating hard lessons learned around opening, moving/renovating, or closing a business over the last year.
Moderated by Jessica Sanders, Texas Food & Wine Alliance Board President and owner of DrinkWell, The panel will feature a discussion with Sara Mardanbigi (Nixta Taqueria) Matti Bills (Three Six General), Rae Wilson (Wine For the People), and Jamie Cohen (Tony and Luigi’s).
This inaugural event is free to attend. Space is limited; RSVP to secure your seat.
