The dazzling world of female impersonation takes centerstage as Texas Entertainer of the Year F.I. 2025 lights up the historic Rose Room inside S4 in Dallas, TX. This highly anticipated event is not only the grand finale to Dallas Pride festivities on the Cedar Springs strip—it is also the final preliminary competition of the year leading to the National Entertainer of the Year F.I. competition in Louisville, Kentucky this November.

The reigning Texas Entertainer of the Year F.I. 2024, Vivien Vee Lauren, will grace the stage one final time to pass the crown to her successor. Special guest performers include the current Entertainer of the Year F.I. 2024, Genesis, and the legendary Tasha Kohl—who made history by winning both Texas Entertainer of the Year F.I. and National Entertainer of the Year F.I. in 1991. Returning for the second consecutive year as Master of Ceremonies is the stunning Jena Skyy, former Miss Gay USofA 2014, who is sure to keep the evening alive with her wit, glamour, and undeniable stage command.
We are also honored to welcome back to the Dallas stage the incomparable Mark Alan Smith, also known as Nakoma Shaye. Crowned Miss Gay Texas 1991, Smith is a celebrated celebrity
impersonator, singer, and comedian. After an 8-year absence, he will once again thrill audiences with his unmatched talent and charisma. Having called Dallas home for more than 30 years
before relocating to Louisiana, Smith’s return is highly anticipated. This year, he will not only perform but also lend his expertise as part of the judges’ panel.

About Bishop Mark Zorn
At the helm of Texas Entertainer of the Year F.I. for the second year is Bishop Mark Zorn, Archbishop of Dallas Universal Life Church. Bishop Zorn is a respected community leader and
advocate for LGBTQ+ equality, widely recognized for his commitment to inclusivity, social justice, and the belief that all paths lead to God. In addition to his ministry, he is also the creative force behind Mark Zorn Music and Zorn Universal Entertainment, reflecting his lifelong dedication to the arts, performance, and cultural expression. Speaking about the significance of this year’s competition, Bishop Zorn said:
“This event is more than a pageant—it’s a declaration. It says we will not be silenced, and we will not stop celebrating who we are.
Texas Entertainer of the Year F.I. continues to raise the bar, carrying forward our tradition, our elegance, and our entertainment as a beacon for the entire community.” He further emphasized the urgency of this year’s gathering, noting: “At a time when lawmakers in Texas and across the nation are targeting the LGBTQ+ community, events like Texas EOY F.I. are critical.
