Sunday, January 24 - Join us for a collaborative event between the TAA and the Texas Seafood Dude featuring local fish, shrimp and oysters from local producers and cold libations. It's a great opportunity to reconnect with friends, sample Texas' best farm-raised seafood and check out new products from our sponsors and vendors.
Monday, January 25 - The day will be filled with tours and excellent speakers on local seafood marketing opportunities, fish research and nutrition, pond management, offshore opportunities, oyster farming, legislation and policy engagement, and more. The full agenda will be on TAA's website soon. Then enjoy social time during the reception and banquet pairing a local chef with local farm-raised products showcasing Texas' best seafood!
Tuesday, January 26 - The day will feature celebrity and topical speakers and panels, TAA's annual business meeting and then close with a celebratory President's Reception and Banquet, again featuring an array delicacies from Texas seafood farmers.
